The Appeals Court has intensified the detention measure for participating in the murder of police officer Trium Riza.
Sekiraqa was released an hour ago from custody. He had been sentenced to 37 years in prison for inciting the murder, Inseder reports.
Enver Sekerrakesh's lawyer, Kosovar Kelemendi, has told Inseder that he was notified by EULEX that his client has been replaced by home arrest measures.
Clemmend said he didn't take the Act of Court of Appeals, but on the basis of the practice it's understood that the Sekerrake subject is the Act against the first degree is broken and restored to retrial.
