Enver Sekiraqa was released from prison under house arrest for what he was convicted of.

Enver Sekiraqa was convicted and sentenced to 37 years in prison for inciting the murder of police officer Triumf Riza.

Sekiraqa was charged with three criminal acts, while the main charge is the first charge: Promoting for committing the serious murder of Kosovo Police member.

Prosecutor Andree Carney had accused Enver Sekirraca of pushing for the murder of police officer Triumf Riza in August 2007 in Pristina.

Sekiraca was accused of inciting Arben Berisha to carry out the murder of Kosovo Police Police Police Police Officer Triumf Riza and other works.

For Riza's murder, Arben Berisha is sentenced to 30 years in prison. Two more people have been sentenced to prison.

Sekiraca had surrendered in 2012 after several years of running away. He has served a sentence for a police incident in Ferizaj, who are convicted of the explosion at his local in Pristina. The target of the explosion that left two dead was Sekiraca.

In 2005, there had been a clash between Enver Sekiraqa and Triumf Riza. At that time, Triumf Riza had begun intimate meetings with the singer Adelina Ishmael. Triumf Riza was aware that Adelina Ismajli was Enver Sekirace's girlfriend. This had accelerated the conflict between Enver Sekerarcha and Triumf Riza.

In Swiss Casino in Pristina, Triumf Riza and a colleague, a policeman named Arben Selmani, had argued with Sekiracha and members of his group. The word was out of control and they had started fighting each other, ending up in a shootout, and it hurt Arben Selmani and a member of the Enver Sequiraca group named Valdrin Gashi who was present.

After the shooting incident, several procedures were taken against Enver Sekiraca and ended up in prison.

On August 30th, 2007 was killed Triumf Riza. After the assassination of Triumf Riza, Besnik Hasani had offered protection to Adelina Ishmael and her family. Faithful Hasani and some of his friends, namely, Shpend Qremim, Nysret Cena and Bejtullah Mehmety, according to the Prosecutor, attended the house of Mona and Adela Ismajli.

The sekuraca was handed over two years ago to EULEX. Following his surrender, he had served a sentence for an incident with policemen who are already in prison and accused of impeaching his premises in Pristina.

The target of the explosion that left two dead was Sekiraca.

Weeks ago, the judgment of Bejtullah Mehmet has resumed, Luan Qerkini, Bekim Suma, Fadil Sadik, Kosovo police officer Arbresh Dalipi, Mehmet Mehmet, and Afet Dalosh.

They are charged that along with former police officers Besnik Hasani and the Shpend Creim have prepared and executed the explosion at the “bar Sekiraca”, an explosion that resulted in the murder of two people and the injuries of many others. The attack had been targeted by Enver Sekiraca, who was suspected of the murder of Triumf Riza.
