According to the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Act, Enver Hasani in the quality of Pristina University's rector, Hakif Veliu as chief of procurement at the UPP and Albert Rakipi as director of the Institute for International Studies ISN, were accused of committing criminal work of fraud in office in co-ordination.
