Donjeta Pajazit's mother testifies to her daughter's murder

Lumniye Pajaziaj confessed to the Peja Court on the last day he saw his daughter, Donita, alive.

Duse Pajazitaj has testified before the court in the trial of her husband, Naser Pajaziaj, who is accused of killing his cousin, Donita.

The immediate cousin of the injured and accused party, Qamil Pajazitaj, has testified during today's hearing at the Peja Foundation Court.

The prosecutor's opening word and defense attorney

The prosecutor of the case, Valbona Disha-Hajosaj, during the opening address to this judicial investigation said that on the basis of material evidence of the indictment and prosecution of witnesses, the guilt of accused Naser Pajaziaj will be proven for the murder of Donjeta Pajaziaj.
