The diaspora is again bypassed by choice

However, representatives of the position and opposition consider that this number is too small, comparing it to exiles who do not live in Kosovo.

According to them, to increase the number of diaspora voters must initially change the Law for Elections so that the diaspora can vote in consulates in countries where they live, not deal with a “dusine” apps and rules.

On the other hand, diaspora representatives say the small number of voters from there have to do with the lack of co-operation of institutions in Kosovo.
