Dehari had died at the Prizren Pre- Hamil Centre as suspected of attacking Kosovo's Parliament, KTV reports.
His family, through protection, considers that despite the decision for the other accused, justice for Dehar cannot be found.
The prosecutor of the Astri Dehar death case, by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, has confirmed to KTV that the investigation will soon be closed.
The data will be closed soon. We are 99 percent at the conclusion, and according to evidence, we have no doubts, evidence or arguments involving murder or anything other than suicide”, prosecutor Metush Biray said.
In Pristina, meanwhile, a new request has been submitted Friday to the prime minister's Office for independent expertise, for which the government has earmarked 50,000 euros.
Prosecutor's police investigated the case by setting up charges shortly after Astrit Dehari's death for four other activists, accused of terrorism.
