Two dead of the knife attack on Marseilles, suspected of terrorist attack.

Two people were killed in a knife attack at the Marseille train station, writes BBC, broadcast the Kosovo Clan.

The striker has been shot to death by security forces in the southern French city. The incident is being treated as a terrorist attack, officials say.

“Two people have been slaughtered to death”, regional police chief Olivier de Mazierres told AFP.

France's national police wrote on Twitter that the situation at the station has been resolved and that the author of the attack has been killed.

Police had previously sought out people to avoid the area.
