On Tuesday (October 17th 2017), 14, at Basic Court Hall 209 in Pristina (The Veternik Justice Palace) will hold court hearings on the Pristina Radio Television case (RTP).
The judge will be Ylber Shudshiqi. So announces the Pristina Radio Television office, located at Hotel “Grand”, prof-run level III. Dr. Hilmi Kastrati (General and Executive Director of RTP) and Inge.
Hamit Doda (head of RTP's PPPB). In this court hearing on RTP cases RTK and the AKP will be reviewed:
1. Property rights and social company owner Radio Television of Pristina (now “RTP”, on real estates which were owned and owned by this legal person, in light of the judicial dispute conducted so far;
2. RTP legal personality as well as the issue of initiated the privatisation process of RTP social company assets, as well as employees' rights under this base;
3. The rights of workers of the RTP social company, which flows according to the status base of employees at the RTP social company; and
4. The next legal strategy.
It is noteworthy that the Court of Appeals in Pristina has long ago ruled in favour of the RTP.
Protector of The RTP is the International Legal Office “Abolier & Associates LL.C”, which is headed by the prominent lawyer, Alexander Borg Olivier, former adviser to the Kosovo government.
