Due to the chaos and unlicensed construction in Pristina during the time of the LDK, in 2014 ten inspectors were arrested by the Pristina Community Inspectorate Directorate of Construction, including the chief of the sector.
Among those arrested was the owner of a private construction company.

The defendants allegedly had paid some businessmen no less than 28m euros.
