This is the complete letter Bekim Jashar wrote to Jarra

Independent candidate for the Skyra municipality, Bekim Jashari, has refused to participate in the debate of the renowned journalist, Life Jarra. However, this candidate has cleared Jarra's nonparticipation to “debatperieme”.

Your Honor. Jarra

At first, I thank you very much for the invitation to participate in the election debate on the Scikyright Town.

I've been pursuing your excellent work in investigative journalism and increasing transparency and accountability in politics. And very frankly, I believe that as a successful media leader and woman, you're inspired for a new generation of professionals, and in particular girls to follow the path of emancipation, education and professional promotion.

However, more regrets I have to refuse your invitation for completely objective reasons. Since I am not a politician, but I am a loving citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, who has responded to the need of my citizens to rule with the Scytheright Community.

The citizens of Scytheright I'm meeting with every day well know I'm fully committed to being around them. So I ask for your understanding so that at this stage you can accept my decision.

Highly praising your work, and fully acknowledging my responsibility for transparency and accountability as the incoming President of Scivalright, I assure you that I will cooperate with you.
