Enver Sekiraqa was released from custody days ago and passed into house arrest, and the day after that he was again sent into custody. The reason for his return to custody was because he had broken the rules of house arrest measures, so after he met other people, except his family.
His lawyer, Kosovare Kelmendi, at today's session, argued that she has delayed the Appeals Court's decision to release Sekirasha's home arrest, where stops were also mentioned in question against convicts.
According to her, the decision was made one day after her client was released, and only the photos were distributed on Facebook.
However, the EULEX judge has ended the hearing hearing at the Appeals without a decision for the appointment of security measures against Enver Sekirqaqa.
His convict, Sekiraqa, has admitted before the court that he violated the stops of his house arrest and even apologized, saying he was unaware of those stops, that he was not allowed to meet or communicate with others except those he lives with.
EULEX judge has said today that she still needs time before she can make the decision on the move to Sekiraq, as new arguments have been presented at the prosecutor's hearing and defence that must be analyzed before the verdict is issued.
