The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against indictees H.A., and B.S., due to criminal acts, taking and bribery.
“According to the indictment, H.A. on 29.09.2017, in the quality of the official instructor and owner of a school car, headquartered in Prizren, directly accepts benefits for himself not to comply with his official duty, as well as from the B.S. candidate. It takes three hundred (300) euros to enable the delivery of a theoretical driver's license test. H.A. With these actions he committed criminal work “taking bribes”, from Article 428 paragraph 1, of the KP”, says the report.
The second defendant B.S. According to the prosecutor during August 2017, he directly extends the amount of 300 euros to the instructor and owner of the auto school with the aim of giving the theoretical test by performing the criminal work “bribery delivery”.
