Two important aspects connected with the judicial integration agreement in the north, the Government and the Presidency continue to keep secrets. It is the statement of the oath of Serbian prosecutors and judges, and the annex of the Justice Agreement that speaks of the validity of the acts of Serbian courts, issued by 2013, writes Koha Ditore today. The newspaper has requested access to a statement of oath by the President's office. Despite the presidency's promise, Artan Behrami, that the declaration will be made available Friday, this did not happen. The newspaper's sources have said that “the perception of the declaration and of several other issues about the agreement is made at Serbia's request”. Even the election of judges, prosecutors and support staff is done with Serbia's proposal.
Recent days have circulated the content of the text, which has been said Serbian judges and prosecutors have placed on it. They do not figure out the symbols of the state or denouncing “Republic of Kosovo”.
