Serbian Prime Minister Anna Brnabiq announced this Monday, “b92” reported, Periscopi broadcast.

Bernabiq added that the letter will address the EC, as he announced that Catalonia and Kosovo cases cannot be compared.

According to her, the letter will above all raise the question “there is an international law applicable to the EU and another international law applicable to all other countries that are not members of the EU”.

Brnalic made this statement after urgent consultations were held in Belgrade, named earlier in the day by President Aleksandar Vucic.

And we are very surprised by the position of the European Commission and everything its spokesman has said. We wanted to see how to react to what we need to look for further”, Brnabiq told reporters.

“In other issues will be whether international law is valid for the EU, or whether there is another applicable international law for all other countries, which are not members of the EU”, the prime minister said.

“I will travel to Brussels on a visit organised earlier on October 10th and 11th, and will surely take our letter with me, and this will surely be one of the” themes, she said.

Brnabyq also stated that the letter will be delivered to all countries that have not recognised the so-called state of Kosovo é “thank them and report to them how important it is that they have not done it and how right they were when they defended international law and believed in”.

The prime minister said the letter would be sent to even those who have recognised Kosovo “to ask the same questions, and perhaps to have some answers to Serbia”./Periscopi/
