Ahmeti: With the Zone Map rising the value of land in the municipality

Pristina's current chairman, Shpend Ahmeti, has presented the fourth priority of his governing platform, called “Prona Equal Non-Prepare in Planning”

Ahmeti said that early in the mandate following the elections, local maps will be initiated in the first meeting of the Municipal Assembly.

He promised that citizens' property would be planned and treated equally and unaccomplished on the local map.

According to Ahmeti, in cases where one's private land will be assigned a road, or any public character building, the citizen won't be able to build, but will have the same building cofficiency rights as any other partner within a bloc.

With the Ahmeti Zone Map, it claims to increase the value of municipal lands, which will increase shared wealth.
