A meeting of citizens of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo for mayor of Vushtrri, Lutfi Bilall, has cost the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo 3,500 euros in fines.
Electoral panel for Anxiety and Parashtres, P ZAP has found it based on the complaint filed by BIRN and Internews Kosova submitted to the Bilall candidate rally.
BIRN's complaint presented how the AAK candidate for Vushtrri at a meeting held with citizens in the village of Stanoc the Low Serb village, in which even persons under the age of 18.
In their first argument to the PZAP, representatives of the political subject have reasoned that the wife of one of the candidates for the assembly has had no choice of whom to leave children and take them with her.
That reasoning is not considered sufficient by the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parasetas, which have imposed the 3500-euro fine.
As a result of complaints filed by BIRN and Internews Kosova so far some political subjects have been fined, while KALLXO.com has reported on all these fines.
So far, P ZAP has pronounced a large number of cases on the basis of BIRN/Internews Kosovo complaints
