Throughout the campaign, he has shown voters that his number on the list is 19.
He has even prepared the posts that he has placed in the city by number 19.
“The people who have decided to vote on me, vote in number 19 but on the official CEC list of the candidates for the assembly I figure in number 18. This is due to the misunderstandings or mistakes of the CEC”, Dritan Syla said.
Kallxo.com has checked the CEC candidate list, on which Syla on the original list figures in the 19th, while on the final list his number changes to 18.
Qazim Xani, chairman of the AAK branch in Skenderaj and chief of election staff in this municipality, acknowledges that the candidate lists of this party have changed.
“We have initially certified 22 candidates and this has been the certificate list, while in candidates' brochures the list has changed because we're not finding Agron Hajra number 7 and all numbers from number 7 have changed for a number, and as such we now have the list of 21 candidates and not 22 as at the beginning”, Xani said.
On the initial list certified by the CEC are 22 candidates for Assembly. However, in the brochure CEC has later distributed and currently available in the polls are only 21 candidates. The number 7 that has been certified, Agron Hajra is no longer on the candidate list. The CEC has moved for a number of candidates from number 8 to 22, which has impacted that 14 candidates have been changed. A KALLXO.com research through candidate profiles reveals that they have not been aware of the change the CEC has made. Driton Syla has campaigned to vote in number 19, but in the CEC she has a number 18. Hajzer Ahmeti has been campaigning for number 20 while there are 19.
Imer Koca also campaigned to vote in number 13, but in fact in the brochure Figure 12.
