K SZ: By 5:00, 43.83 per cent have turned out to vote

When there is an hour until the completion of local elections for 2017, the State Election Commission (KSHZ) has come up with the latest exit announcement in the second round by 5 o'clock.

According to the KSHZ, by five o'clock, at the state level, 43,83% of municipalities which today vote in the second round have voted the runoff.

In Albanian municipalities, the exit to this election is the following:
