The Founding Prosecutor has assigned a 48-hour detention measure to MP Milaim Zeka, under suspicion of fraud by German state-vised citizens.
His defence lawyer, Gazmend Halilaj, has confirmed to Indesksonline the designated stop, saying his defense is completely innocent and expects justice to say its word in the end.
The prosecutor has given a 48-hour ban on Milaim Zeka, under suspicion of visa fraud. There's no evidence of evidence or material incriminating my defense in any criminal case, whether we're going to start the court battle in order to offer the court enough evidence that my client is completely innocent”, Halilaj said.
