350-year-old fraud that could change your mind

You may not have heard of the Blaise Pascal, but the 17th century philosopher, inventor and mathematician had declared a fraud for which we can all benefit from this. When we want to correct with our advantage and show that another person is on the wrong side, we must note that he sees the matter because on that side it is usually the truth in which he accepts it, but in the meantime we reveal it to him as false.
He is pleased with this because he sees that it was not wrong and that he failed to see all sides.
Now, no one is offended when he doesn't see everything; but he doesn't like it to be wrong, and that probably stems from the fact that man, of course, cannot see everything and of course, cannot err on the side he sees, because our senses are always true.
People are generally more persuasive when they discover something on our part than those who have created it from others.
In other words, if anyone disagrees with you, you must first show the ways in which they are correct before they allow them to reveal the argument against them.
He explains that obedience is based on sensitivity:
We need to put ourselves in the place of those who will listen to us and make a judgment in our heart of the twist that we give our discours to see if anyone is made for the other and if we can make sure that the listener is, as it was, obliged to surrender.
Arthur Markman, a professor of psychology at the University of Texas, Austin, shows that despite the centuries that have passed, this thought still stands.
He said: One of the first things you need to do to give someone permission to change your mind is to lower their defenses and prevent them from digging their heel into the position they have already taken./Periscopi/
