The Supreme still considering complaints about elections, CEC waiting for certificate

The Supreme Court has two more days of legal deadline to decide on the five complaints filed by political subjects and candidates opposing the results of the June 7th elections.
From this court, they have indicated that complaints are still under consideration and that decisions will be taken within the set term by law.
Supreme Court's Answer:
“Choose a working directory - PZAP, are under scrutiny. The decisions will be made within the five-day legal deadline, due to the admission date of complaints”, Rtk writes.
Waiting for these decisions is the Central Election Commission (KQZ). CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has stated that if the Supreme Court's decisions do not contain obligations for the CEC, then the institution will immediately proceed with the Certificate of final results. On the contrary, court - defined obligations will first be implemented, and then certificates will be made.
Election monitoring estimates that with the completion of the complaint review at the Supreme Court, the phase of legal means is also closed, paving the way for the certificate of results. After this moment, neither political subjects nor candidates have the right to file complaints regarding the election outcome.
“We have interpretations and decisions of Kosovo's constitutional court, which have made it clear that the 30-day term for the constitutional constitution should begin to be calculated from the day the certificate of the election outcome, and I expect that the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly, as soon as the certificate of election results is certified and therefore conditioned the Kosovo Assembly as soon as possible because this 30th term dictates not only to be set for the session, but also to complete the session within this <18x> Vullnetts, the Kosovo Democratic Institute said.
According to Bulaqku, it still remains unclear what legal consequences would be lacking in respect for this deadline, as neither the Constitution nor the Framework of the Parliament's Encrances are correcting the issue.
Currently, complaints by the Serbian List, the New Democratic Party, as well as both PDK candidates for deputies Bekim Haxhiu and Kryeziu stand are under consideration at the Supreme Court./ Periscope.
