(2 hours ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj has requested from the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the appointment of detention measures to indictees E.J., due to suspicion of criminal acts“access or forced into prostitution” and “Option of premises for prostitution” under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the prosecution's request, there is doubt based on the fact that defendant E.J., during June 2026, the Ibrahimx0th>Ilr Konushevci”, in Ferizaj, with knowledge of the quality of the manager, has offered his motel to enable prostitution, with which he had to carry out the criminal work “Offyping local prostitution by Article 235 paragraph 1 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Also, there is the suspicion that during June 2026, in Ferizaj, it has deliberately enabled the practice of prostitution, in the manner that the defendant as the motel manager has hired B.J., in order to offer pay sex services to his clients, so that by June 29th 2026, after implementing the particular measure, the defendant has been caught in the friggin, and has been arrested by police officials with whom he had to perform the criminal work <x1might or obligation to commit to a prostitution (4)2th> from paragraph 234P to CX>
