King Charles praises US-Britain reports in independence letter to Trump

King Charles of the United Kingdom, in a letter to US President Donald Trump today, acknowledged how the relationship between his country and the United States evolved throughout history from American independence from Britain 250 years ago to their modern alliance.
“The history of the relationship between our two nations is a history of extraordinary evolution, from overcoming conflict to creating one of the closest and most productive alliances the world has seen”, the British king said on paper, reports CNN.
He added: “as we look forward to the next 250 years, I have no doubt that we will continue to defend our common values. ”
Meanwhile, the British Embassy in Washington posted an easy message to social media describing the US as the greatest “we've ever had”, along with a picture of US text messages addressed to the United Kingdom texting of the Declaration of Independence, thought to be read as a message of division. /Periscope/
