Work Inspector: The worker died from the van in Pristina's “Brotherhood

One worker lost his life until another suffered serious injuries following the fall of a krana at a workplace on A Street in Pristina.
After this tragic event, the Central Labour Inspectorate has also reacted.
The IQP made it known that the subject had not previously been the object of inspection, as the work was in the initial phase of construction, namely the realisation of the foundations.
According to the Inspectorate, it is still early to draw conclusions about the causes of the accident. The institution stresses that nature and random circumstances require further investigations and expertise to determine the exact cause of the event, as well as responsibility in implementing security and health measures at work.
Labour inspectors have appeared immediately at the scene and are conducting inspection actions in co-ordination with competent institutions.
In his reaction, the Central Labour Inspectorate has expressed the most sincere condolences to the family, relatives, and colleagues of the worker who lost his life in this tragic accident, while the injured have wished the recovery as quickly as possible.
Authorities are expected to come up with more information after the investigation ends and expertise that will clarify the full circumstances of the accident.
