Haxhiu signed decrees for the release of seven Serbian prosecutors following KPK's decision

These prosecutors had resigned in 2022.

This act concludes a long process for years and implements the competent institution's decision, in line with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Our state functions on the principles of constitutional order and rule of law. No one can prevent the functioning of institutions or create judicial uncertainty through unfinished processes”, Haxhiu has written.

She said that the Kosovo Republic will continue to act decisively, in accordance with the law and in the protection of the integrity of its 48x1> institutions.
