Charge of rape and sexual trafficking: Documents published with shocking details against Tate brothers

According to judicial files, British prosecutors claim the victims have been killed until the loss of feelings, raped and physically raped. On the new charges, the total number of charges against the two brothers has reached 59.

For Andrew Tate, documents describe two separate cases. A woman claims that in 2015 he drowned her until she lost consciousness and then raped her at her home in Bedford. Another woman claims that during a meeting in Manchester in 2014, he held her from her throat during the sexual relationship, causing her difficulty in breathing and fear of life.

Andrew. Tate now faces 42 counts, including rape, trafficking of human beings, assault, and accusations related to the indecent material of a minor and extreme pornography.

Meanwhile, charges have been brought against Tristan Tate that he repeatedly raped a woman with whom he had romantic ties during 2012-2013. According to the documents, he is allegedly overwhelmed to the point of losing his feelings, struck him with a belt, and caused him serious wounds. He faces a total of 17 counts, including rape, sexual assault and trafficking.

British prosecutors say there are testimony statements, e-mails and photographs that, according to them, support the accusations.

Tate brothers have repeatedly denied any charges. Their lawyers have claimed they will oppose extradition to the United Kingdom, naming the process politically motivated.

Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami on July 18th on the request of British authorities. An American federal court will decide in the coming weeks if legal conditions for their extradition are met, while they continue to face criminal procedures in Romania.
