Hadziu through a letter has announced the deputy chairman of the former Parliament's legislature, Ardian Gola, on this decision and has asked him to submit the same to the old Parliament leadership.
Under the Constitutional Court's judgments from the constitution, the 60-day period begins, during which MPs from the new legislature must elect the new president, on the contrary the country goes back to the polls.
