These are the decisions government made today.

The incumbent Kosovo government has held the regular meeting, where 12 decisions have been passed.
According to the announcement, among the decisions, the executive has allocated financial means to the amount of 9,480.00 euros for supporting the implementation of the programme “OrdinAL”, which promotes the Republic of Kosovo internationally through strengthening the positive image of the Republic of Kosovo, promoting its tourism, cultural and development potential, as well as expanding co-operation with the country's long-term development diaspora.
Also, the National Council of Arts, which is considered an important institutional mechanism that will strengthen the development of public policies in the field of art and culture, guaranteeing professionalism, independence and worthy representation of the artistic community.
Other than that, the government said it has approved the decision to change and fulfill the No Government decision. 0516, of April 30, 2026, through which the Ministry of Health will financially support only lehonia specialists, who have returned from a léhonia break and, as a result of the follow - up of the professional programme during this period, have not completed the modules/cycles of pre-represented professional training under the specialization programme for the period from November 1st 2025 to December 31, 2026.

Adopted Order for the Development of the Rescription Process for Fireworks, which defines the rules and procedures for the fire department's admission into Professional Units of Fire and Salvation, in accordance with the fundamental principles set out in Law No. 08/L-197 for Public Officials.
Adopted the decision on rent for the area of 61402.9 m2, the Cadastral Racan area, the Black Community, under demand from the Kosovo Forest Agency/The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, in length of 15 years for the removal and exploitation of limestone.
Adopted the decision to provide space use of about 30 gold, from the cadastral parcel, which is owned by the Kosovo Forest Agency. The Prizren Forestry Company for the Ministry of Justice. Giving in the use of this property to the Ministry of Justice will contribute to creating adequate infrastructure conditions for realising the institutional needs of this ministry, strengthening inter-institutional co-operation and rationalising operational costs.

Adopted the decision on the Framework of Digital Capacity Construction for the Government of Kosovo, which will serve as a model providing a unified approach to developing digital capacities essential for effective governance, providing services and innovation in a digital environment.
In principle approved the Initiative for Linking the International Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for Accession to the area “EU Roam Like Home”, which will be a prerequisite for full implementation of EU Roaming Acquisé. This agreement creates framework for gradual involvement of the Republic of Kosovo in the “regime EU Rhoam Like Home”, enabling the use of Roaming services without additional tariffs between Kosovo and the participating states, after the previous conditions are met.
Adopted in principle, the Initiative for Linking the Grant Agreement in the middle of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, “Termokos” and the European Investment Bank, for the Central Warming System Enlargement Project in Pristina.
Adopted the decision to re-regard the means in the amount of 2,000.00m (two million euros), the Ministry of Local Power Management, sub-program “Central Administration”, out of the capital spending category, namely the capital project “Program for the Commissional Performance Grant”, in 15 (fiveteen) capital projects, in line with 15 (neteen) financial support agreements, capital projects signed by the Minister of Management and the related municipalities.

1.5. Ardiana in Pajaziti, representatives from the field of literature and the book;
1.6. Visar Munish, representatives of the fields of songs and folk dances;
1.7. Aulona Nuhiu, representative of the ballet field and modern dances;
1.8. Alberta Troni, representatives from academic and research institutions in the field of art and culture;
9 Arif Muharremi, representatives from the independent cultural sector that includes organisations, institutes and arts and culture field associations and fields related to culture;
1.10. Artnet Haskuka, representatives from the fields related to culture, such as design, architecture or related fields with creative industry;
1.11. Visar Hadzibeqi, representative of the administration from the Ministry of Culture.
It divides financial means in the amount of 9,480.00 euros, (between thousand and four hundredth of euros), for support of the implementation of the programme “OrinAL”, which promotes the Republic of Kosovo at the international level through strengthening of the positive image of the Republic of Kosovo, promoting its tourist, cultural and development potential, as he is drinking up in expanding co-operation with the country's functioning diaspora.
Adopted by the Ministry of Finance's proposal to ask the president of the Republic of Kosovo for granting authorisation to the Ministry of Finance, for signing the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the French Development Agency for the XXI Mediterranean Games Project in Kosovo.
Reapproved the annual Financial Report on the Kosovo Republic Budget for 2025.
