Hamas says he will break up Gaza government, urges implementation of peace plan

Palestinian militant group Hamas has announced on Monday that he has disbanded his administration in Gaza.
According to the announcement, this group has said it is preparing to hand over the direction to a UN-backed technical committee as part of the US-brokered ceasefire agreement.
Hamas has not clarified whether he plans to take the important step of disarming or passing responsibility for security to an international force.
However, this group has said that this decision shows its commitment to rebuilding Gaza after the war years, reports CNNPeriscope broadcast.
At a news conference Monday, Ismail Al-Thawabta, director general of the Hamas-administered Office for Media, has declared that technical and professional staff will continue working in public institutions to ensure Gaza's daily functioning.
“Call on all relevant and relevant parties to speed up the steps immediately for the National Gaza Management Committee (NCAG) to enter quickly and take over its national and administrative duties and responsibilities, aimed at strengthening the sustainability of our Palestinian noble people and healing their wounds”, al-Thwabta said in a statement at the Marty Al-Axta Hospital in Gaza City.
The Peace Board, established by the Trump administration to monitor implementation of the plan, has said it has taken Hamas' decision into account.
In an X statement, the board has called on Hamas to disarm, saying: the basic “Absence remains an authority, a law and a” weapon.
