(17 hours ago)Family, friends, media colleagues and Vlora citizens recently bid farewell to journalist Henrik Mehmeti, who lost his life tragicly at 40 years of age after an accident in the Gervenec area a day earlier.
The prayers for the late journalist were held at the Petro Marka Theatre in Vlora, and then the lifeless body was conveyed at 2: 00 p.m. to the last residence.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Vlora Mayor Bruna Mersini and Himara Mayor Vangush Tavo also attended the honour ceremony, writes. A2, Forward Periscope.
Early separation from the journalist's life has brought numerous reactions from the media world, which lost one of local journalism's popular voices in Vlora. He left his wife and two children behind.
Enrik Mehmet lost his life on the evening of July 18, after an accident with a four - wheeled vehicle in the Zvrnec coastal area.
For still unclear reasons, he lost control of the vehicle, rolling several times.
The clashes in the metal parts of the vehicle resulted fatal for the 40-year-old.
