(17 hours ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica ) has submitted to the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica the request for the detention of an initial suspect B.R., under suspicion that he committed criminal acts “attempted genocide” and “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
According to the prosecution, the defendant allegedly attempted to deprive him of life from B.M., stab him in the head, on the ribs, and behind the chest.
THE 18 July suspect deliberately wanted to deprive the injured B.M. of life, stab him in the head, on the left of the horns and behind the chest. The injured person suffers serious bodily injuries and is lying in Toraque Surgery at QKUK”, the prosecution reports.
The suspect was arrested on July 18th, and with the prosecutor's decision he is in custody. /Periscope/
