American boxer Hannah Rapp dies after being hit by a car as she cycled

Rapp was 26 years old and investigators arrested a 31-year-old man identified as Charles Medina about her death, the district sheriff's office of Brazos, Texas, reported in a statement. The Guardian, broadcast Periscope.
