New bus ticket prices in Pristina take effect today

From today, July 1st 2026, new public transport tickets in Pristina, approved by the Pristina municipality, have entered into force.
According to the Capital's announcement, tickets purchased through digital wallet or SMS through mobile phone operators will be cheaper than physical tickets, with the aim of promoting digital service use.
According to new tariffs:
- One-way tickets cost. 0.80 euros physical, 0.60 euros in the digital version or SMS.
- It's a daily ticket. 1.20 Physical euro and 1 euro Digital.
- Weekbook costs 6 euro physical and 5 euro Digital.
- The monthly phone is. 18 euros physical and 14,50 Euro in the digital version. -
Airport Line Ticket Cost 6 euro physical and 5 euro Digital.
Also, the annual digital ticket is assigned to 150 euros, while annual digital corporate ticket to businesses with over 20 workers costs 120 euros.
The Pristina municipality has announced that these changes are part of the process of expanding public transport digitisation and aiming to make the use of electronic tickets more convenient for citizens. /Periscope/
