(2 hours ago)The appreciative panel for the appointment of Kosovo Prosecutor's State Prosecutor for Prosecutorial Council (KPK), led by Arrian Gashi, and composed of Wisar Krasniqi and Elza Bajrami Kastrati, has begun drafting standard questions for interviewing candidates for the chief state prosecutor's position.
In line with the procedures specified for the development of this process, three hours before the start of interviews, the assessment panel is preparing standard questions in the presence of monitors from international partners and civil society organisations, in order to ensure transparency and credibility of the process.
Candidate interviews will begin at 11:00.
In competition for chief state prosecutor's position are: At and Dema, prosecutor at the Department for Investigation of Terrorism in the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, Naim Abazi, prosecutor at the Department for Investigation of Corruption and Financial Crime in the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, Rafet Halim, prosecutor at the Department for Investigation of Corruption and Financial Crime in the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, Albanian Fazliu, prosecutor at the Office of the State Chief Prosecutor and Zejullah Gashi, Chief Prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina. /Periscope/
