Will Vjosa Osmani enjoy the privileges of former president and MP at the same time?

The vote count for MPs is drawing to a close as Kosovo's Democratic Connection List leads Vjosa Osmani by 70 thousand and 805 votes, and the same has already secured a seat in the Kosovo Assembly, writes Periscopi.
Therefore, if Vjosa Osmani holds the parliamentary position, it except for the MP's salary, has other privileges as former president. Under the President's law, Osman is eligible for retirement, whose amount is 70% of the salary he has received as head of state.
But will Vjosa Osman's benefits be taken away if she becomes an MP?
Volnet Bugakku from KDI has clarified for Periscope that in the Law for the President of Kosovo, there is no provision that automatically ceases the benefits if former presidents elected MPs or ministers.
“Based in the president's current law, this situation is not specifically regulated. The reason that privileges exist in the Law for the President is conceived as rights that belong to presidents who have been granted a complete mandate to secure their status as former presidents. However, the law envisions pensions, even some benefits involving 70% of the salary, however, from the prospect of constitutional principles of equality and rational use of public means, would be difficult with the justifiable for a person to get an MP's salary at the same time and then the original pension of 70 % of the president's” salary, Bugak said.

But, Bukakku points out there is another provision, where Vjosa Osmani himself has it in his power to decide whether he wants to keep his privileges as a former president along with those I will take as deputy, or ask them to leave.
However, the law has a provision that says the former president himself may be calling off these contributions. In this case I belong to his responsibility or his will if he appreciates that he doesn't need to use these contributions, then he could ask for a break in these changes”

On the other hand, the connoisseur of the Constitution praised Mazum Baraliu that even though the Law of the President's regulation does not determine benefits, Osman would not have to keep both.
It's not written in that regulation that the presidency has for that job, it's not exactly the first time to be removed, so it's not defined and it remains a question that it would have to be that since I have the privileges and as deputies and there's a lot of privileges I would have to take them as deputy and give up on the presidents. Usually the President's are the first in the rules after the mandate ends and not be president, so I don't think she'd have to keep them, but it's a tax-taxed issue, it's not a priority in regulations this", Mazum Baraliu told Periscope.
Under the Law for Salaries in the Public Sector, an MP's gross monthly salary is 1,804 euros, but after the 110-euro increase, approved by the Government of Kosovo, the current salary is 1,914 euros. / P ECISCOPIA
