(5 days ago)At the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the first court hearing is being held against spying indictees Hysri Selimi.
As “reportsExpress Journal”, after reading the indictment, the accused has been acquitted of denying charges weighing on him.
We remember that Hysri Selimi was arrested on May 6th of last year, the kidnapping that was suffered as a result of a broad and deepening investigation by the Special Prosecutor, which included specific investigative measures implemented for several months.
Similarly, Hysri Selimi's name is not unknown to Kosovo's justice system.
On the date 23,11.2015 with preliminary preparations along with the family had issued the territory of the Republic of Kosovo with Syria's destination to join I SIS.
According to the indictment filed by the prosecution at the time, Selimi was engaged in the Bureau of InjIS' wounded soldiers, for which he was paid regularly by this organisation, with the amount of money of 100 USD a month.
He was repatriated to Kosovo on May 28th, 2022, where he was then faced with a court trial for which he was sentenced to prison terms of 4 years and 8 months, in which sentence is counted last time in detention from 01.08.2018.
