The defender of the defendant Dedica, lawyer Albulen Sheholli, asked for clarification if the accused had aimed at killing or only intimidation, suggesting that in such a close distance, if he wanted to deprive her of life, she could easily do so.

The F.S., indicated that after the incident, he had called the Mitrovica police, who had linked him to the Pristina region, and had initially sought patrols to accompany him as he felt threatened to go to the Obilicic station.

The accused Dedica through his defense proposed the hearing of witness A.D., who, according to him, would prove that the motive for the event was not drugs but gambling. The defendant claimed that A.D. could testify to the gambling games they played together at the F.S.

After the interference of the F.S. person, the head of the court, Judge Fatime Drimak, made a decision about his departure from the hall for breaking peace.

While, regarding the prosecution's proposal Besart Dedinca, the court rejected the proposal for the hearing of the witness A.D.

In his defense, the accused Dedica stated that the conflict had started for a debt of two thousand and 300 euros for gambling at the F.S. site, not narcotics.
