IKD complains at PZAP against VV's involvement in elections rally in Vushtrri

Kosovo's Institute for Justice (IKD) has filed complaints to the Election Panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) on the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV), concerning the use of a child under the age of 15 at an election rally in Vushtrri.
The IKD reportedly considers LVV to be violating Electoral Order No. 07/2024 for the election campaign, monitoring the election field and financial declaration, so it has demanded that a fine be pronounced on this political subject,
The IKD points out that in that video, LVV chairman, at the same time Prime Minister Albin Kurti, has given space to the minor girl who recited poetry with political messages, while her minor shirt was wearing LVV's logo.
“IKD watched videos of that rally, in which it is seen that the chairman of this political subject, Albin Kurti, gives space to a girl who recites poetry with political messages, wearing a logo of political subject Movement Vetevendosje. From audiovisual images it seems to be that the girl involved in the event is a child and is represented as a person under the age of 15 (15) aged”, it says in complaint.
So beware! The IKD considers that LVV has violated the Electoral Order for the election campaign, specifically the provision specifying that no political subject can engage under 15-year-olds in the election campaign. /Periscope
