The Hague reacts after the British report: If there are allegations of wrongdoing, the accused could turn to the Supreme or Constitutional

The Special Court has published on its official page at “X” a video concerning the judicial process at The Hague.
The spokesman for this court, Michael Doyle, has said that the Special Chambers are based on the European Convention for Human Rights and the Constitution of Kosovo, and that all those who think that the SAX is being acted on by law can address the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court within the framework of the Special Chambers.
This response by the Special Court in the form of an announcement comes after publishing the British report in which a large number of violations regarding the trial processes in The Hague are recorded.
