The EU posts an election monitoring mission due to the short “”, mentioned a “plan B”

The presidency, through a media communique, has stated that, the invitation directed at the European Union, for international election monitoring, has not been ignored.
In the communiqué, it is said that, in the EU's response, to the Presidency Office, it is stressed that, sending a Monitoring Mission, is possible due to short-term time until elections are held.
In the same answer, the EU has made it clear that it is looking into and coordinating an international presence on Election Day through the EU Office in Kosovo, EU member states and other partners present in the country, said among other things in the Community of the Presidency Office.

Regarding today's reports of international election monitoring on June 7th, the President's Office explains that the invitation to the European Union has not been ignored.
The President's office has accepted official answers from the European Union, in which it stresses that, due to short time until holding new parliamentary elections, it is not possible to send an Election Monitoring Mission or a Election Experts Mission. In the same answer, the EU has made it clear that it is examining and coordinating an international presence on election day through the EU Office in Kosovo, EU member states and other partners present in the country.
