Today, 26th Day of Protest in Tirana, citizens are expected to gather before prime minister

Like any other day, the protest of activists and citizens in Tirana, which enters its 26th day in a row, while the prime minister's and government's resignation remains the main requirement.

At 7:30, protesters are expected to initially gather in “Square Skender Beside” and then march towards the prime minister's building, where they are expected to hold nightly speeches. After the rally, protests follow with marches on some of Tirana's main roads, which last for several hours.

A few days ago, organisers made public their main demands, including the resignation of the prime minister and government, as well as the establishment of a non-party, transitional technical government with a 12-month mandate. /Periscope/
