Trump publishes a graph that compares 'excusion to Iran' to other wars

Donald Trump is trying to convince the American public opinion that the conflict with Iran is only a brief, successful and almost routine operation.
The U.S. President published a graph with the title “The timing of the <x1 wars, where he compares the historical wars of the United States to what he calls <x2).
Along with the graph, Trump wrote short “Wow. Look at this graph! President DJ”
On his graph, 79-year-old claims that <x0kursion in Iran” has lasted only six weeks. However, a simple verification shows that this is not correct, as the Iran war started on 28 February and by May 7th have been more than 9 weeks.
Although a fragile ceasefire is currently in effect, it does not mean the end of the conflict.
Therefore, the Trump figure for “6 weeks” does not match reality on the ground and conflicts with the actual duration of the crash.
The American leader uses this comparison to highlight the difference between him and his ancestors, citing wars like that in Afghanistan and Vietnam, with the aim of creating an image of a president that “quickly ends the” conflict, instead of the endless “wars”.
This approach also relates to the political climate in the United States, where there is great fatigue from long military interventions in the Middle East. However, reality on the ground shows that tensions continue, with the American military presence, sea blockades and continued impact on global markets. /Periscope
