Why can't the United States appeal Balog's red card to the World Cup, the rule of FIFA

The United States will be without Foliri Balog for their 1/8th World Cup match against Belgium, following the attacker's red card against Bosnia and Herzegovina, and there is no way to overturn the suspension under FIFA regulations.
Balog opened a series of goals for 1-0 supremacy before being expelled in the 64th minute after a VAR review.
Judge Raphael Claus initially awarded only one blow, but changed punishment to a direct red card after examining the incident, deeming the intervention of Tarik Muharemovic as a grave foul.
Many supporters questioned the decision and compared it to other similar interventions that remained unpunished earlier on the tour. However, FIFA tour regulations leave little room for appeals.
Under the rules, every player who gets a red card directly is automatically punished with a suspension match, Telegrafi reports, broadcast Periscope.
The judges' decisions concerning the incidents in the field are considered final and cannot be appealed unless FIFA's disciplinary bodies impose additional sanctions beyond the standard ban.
This means that the United States has no legal basis for opposing Balog's suspension, as he is currently expected to lose only meeting with Belgium before becoming available again if his team progresses to the quarterfinals.
Former judge Mark Klattenburg also criticised the verdict, arguing the incident was accidental and did not deserve a red card, but his opinion has no impact on the FIFA disciplinary process. /Periscope/
