(a month ago)Former AAK President Time Kadrijaj has reacted sharply to the statements of a VV deputy, who had made comparisons that, according to her, violate Kosovo's war figures and values of freedom.
Kadrijaj said it is painful to see, as she put it, the low level of political discours, calling any attempts to parallel between AAK deputy chairman Ardian Gjini and Serbia unacceptable.
When Ardian Gjini and the best boys and girls in this country returned the rifle to Serbia, many of you didn't even know where the front line was. If Ardian doesn't talk about war, he does it because he's a man of principle and he doesn't use blood even when you're using the entire propaganda machine against him”, Kadrijaj said.
She has added that using the divided language, according to her, is damaging Kosovo more than anything else, stressing that political problems cannot be covered with attacks on war figures.
The government's failure to undermine freedom fighters is not hidden. Ardian Gjini has proven himself when it took courage, not with Facebook posts today”, she has stated.
Kadrijaj has demanded a halt, as she called it, the low political <x0-games” and the return of the debate to an institutional and dignified level.
