At one time BIK banned the hockey political activities, Mulla Osmani appeared on the VV candidate list yesterday.

Osman Musliu, zoja from Drenas, appeared yesterday in the presentation of the Vetevendosje Movement election list, turning Kosovo's previous Islamic Community stances against the involvement of religious officials in politics, writes Periscopi.
However, BIK had reacted years earlier through an internal directive that prevented imams and its officials from participating in political activities, election campaigns and public support for political subjects.
The religious institution's document stressed that administrative and religious officials are not allowed to be part of political parties, run the elections, or participate in political gatherings.

Also, there was caution in public statements and social networking activity, halting the presentation of political positions on behalf of the institution.
The document, signed by mufti Naim Ternava, warned that any such action is considered a violation of BIK regulations and acts of norms.
Osman Musliu's appearance in VV activity has sparked reactions and discussions on the opinion, restoring the debate over the position BIK had held over the years against the involvement of religious officials in politics.
After being confirmed on the list, he reacted with a post.
In a Facebook post, he said that “does not promise change”, but that it is the voice of citizens.

Dear,
I've stayed where it's most difficult to stand among people.
Before the war, when fear was everyday language.
During the war, when we were closer to death than freedom.
After the war, when freedom wanted shape and direction.
Against those who used religion for money and power - against those who blamed religion for their own purposes.
I'm not from my career. I'm from the service.
I didn't keep silent when the word was needed and I didn't let go when determination was required.
I promise no change. I seek the opportunity to continue what I have always done to be myself and your voice.
The compass doesn't ask who you are just pointing north.
It's her main quality.
The Albanian compass has always shown from the north, not for direction, but for warning of danger and face.
We go on, following the signs of the Albanian compass.
