Thaci edhe ledhek: I'm proud of Kosovo, but not its face in the world

Former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has conducted an interview by The Hague prison for Blendi Fevziun, where he has also talked about Kosovo's Western reports, writes Periscopi.
He said he is proud of Kosovo, but not with its face in the world.
According to Thaci, the West has done everything that could be done for Kosovo.
The West today is treating Kosovo as a child state, not by age, but by active immatureness. And independence opponents are being promoted as a failed creature. Western faith can be restored only by responsible actions. We must work and produce peace. The West did everything that could be done for Kosovo. He did more than for any people in the world in recent decades. I hope the decision-makers don't say it on the carpet. We are too young to make big mistakes. Not rarely do individuals or groups of people around the world seem to be losing hope of better life or change, say “we have jobs” or “we have institutions that we deserve”. This is not an excuse. Because it has been said and witnessed even in other countries and peoples, for whom I am fully convinced that even Kosovar citizens have been and are better and worth more than any government or their elected. (Not to be misunderstood, it's also true of the time when I was prime minister 12 years ago.) Even today, I am proud of Kosovo, but not with its face in the world. It is not in harmony with the pure and beautiful spirit of its citizens. "said Thaci for Opinion./Periscopi/
