Road to citizenship, Thaci: I believed in total freedom, I dreamed of independence

Thaci also talked about his journey to freedom and the state of Kosovo.

He said that when the cause seemed hopeless, he believed in complete freedom.

The former president stressed that his belief in purpose has enlightened his journey.

You know, it wasn't easy to work with me... I always wanted it to be more, faster, better... and different. I heard and advised. My vital devotion I didn't understand as my norm... I didn't look for additional hours, second or third... I didn't stop. My belief in purpose has always lit up my journey”, he declared.

But God also blesses him, and fate follows his work. Yes, I have been playful in relation to the true Western partners, even today I appreciate this relationship as virtue, not weakness of Albanians and of mine”, the former president added.
