(a month ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has detailed the action since the morning it was held in Pristina, Fushe Kosovo and Obilic.
As a result of this operation, six people have been arrested, as suspects of criminal abuse of office or official authority, misuse of official information, fraud, legalizing false content, taking bribes, taking statements through compulsion, and violating the secrecy of the procedure.
According to the prosecution, those arrested are F.S., L.R., N.S.A.A., A.S., and B.B. and have been detained for 48 hours.
“Under this action, the State Prosecutor has seized: two (2) cars worth about 80,000 euros, a (1) Rolex hand watch worth approximately 8,000-1000 euros, five (5) mobile phones, and other documents that will serve as material evidence in this criminal procedure.”, the statement says.
The State Prosecutor, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of any of the security measures in criminal procedure against the defendants.
