Rule FIFA to be a problem for England before the Mexico game.

England's preparations for the 1/8th phase match of the final against Mexico can be seriously affected because of a FIFA rule they should respect.
England secured the transition to the next stage of the tournament after a dramatic 2-1 victory over the RD Congo in the round of 32 teams.
The “Three Lions” were found at a 1-0 disadvantage since the beginning of the match, after Brian Cinbra gave the surprise advantage to the African national.
England had difficulties for most of the meeting, but the captain and team leader, Harry Kane, came to rescue with two goals in the last few minutes. Both goals were assisted by Barcelona's side, Anthony Gordon, who entered from the bench.
The team led by Thomas Tuchel now faces a difficult challenge to Mexico, ahead of local fanatic fans at the legendary “Estadio Asteca” stadium, where locals have lost only two of the last 88 official matches since 1966.
The performance of the field has been a crucial factor for one of the co-organizing tour countries, as Mexico has yet to achieve a goal during this competition.
Mexican supporters have been a 12th “player” throughout the tournament, while their impact has extended even beyond the stadium.
“fans El Trix1> have hampered the preparations of opponents, as far as the Ecuadoran Football Federation filed an official complaint about the behaviour of fans who gathered outside the team's hotel and tried to keep the players awake overnight.
According to Jeremy Cross of the Mirror “ ”, Mexican fans aim to repeat this tradition to England as well.
They plan to use sound, cars, music, motorcycles, and trumpets to create a deafening noise near the British national hotel.
Local police will be present at the hotel, but it may be difficult to control the situation if tense scenes arise.
England would prefer to arrive in Mexico City as soon as possible, to adapt to as little height as it can to the sea level and to keep the hotel a secret where it will be accommodated after traveling from a training camp to Kansas City.
However, FIFA rules determine that teams should be in the city where the match takes place at least 24 hours before its launch.
Since the Mexico game England is played on Sunday at 8:00 local times, the English must arrive in town on Saturday evening.
It is then that Mexican fans are expected to try to cause noise and trouble, with the goal of Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham, and their friends not sleeping quietly before the match.
The stadium where the confrontation will take place is located about 2,200 feet [2,200 m] above sea level, presenting a major challenge to the English players because of the thinst air and lower oxygen levels.
This will make it harder for English football players to travel long distances during the match, and fatigue may emerge much faster.
Thomas Tuchel is fully aware of this problem and has admitted that he and his team cannot do much to change the situation.
The height above sea level will be a big disadvantage, because we cannot physically adapt to it,” said Tuchel.
This takes a lot of time. We only have three days between these fights. It is physically impossible to adapt to altitude in such a short time. That's a huge advantage Mexico will have. In four days it's impossible. We may face other obstacles, but we are prepared for them. This is something we have to deal with and I think we have shown the right attitude that we are ready for this task”, he added.
