This is one of the officials arrested after major action in three municipalities.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina today has held two separate shares in several locations in Pristina, Fushe Kosovo and Obilic, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) and the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption.
Insander newspaper has learned that one of the arrested officials is Fitim Sertolli, official for geodesy in the Pristina municipality.

According to the prosecution's announcement, shares are being realised at the order of the Constitutional Court in Pristina and include the raid of five officials and two civilian citizens suspected of involvement in several criminal acts.
Suspects are being investigated for such works as abuse of office, violation of the secret of procedure, taking statements by compulsion, misuse of official information, fraud, legalisation of false content, accepting and bribery.
“Following initial doubts and investigative actions undertaken to this stage of investigation, suspects in co-operation are suspected to be involved in criminal activities related to illegal property benefits, through the counterfeiting of property documents and the illegal change of their owners”, the statement said.
Also, five official persons allegedly misused the official task to enable illegal benefits. /Periscope
